SERVICES FOR BUILDING SURVEYORS

CBI Services offers Building Surveyors and their clients a fully integrated building inspection service.  Inspections are uploaded into a Filemaker© database available for client login at any time. CBI also offers excellent rates and attends inspections daily all over Melbourne, the Peninsula, Western Port, the Gippsland Valley and the northern and western suburbs; and incorporates a large network of Inspectors statewide.  CBI Services can attend your site tomorrow.   

UNIT DEVELOPMENTS

CBI Services can offer unique reporting to the Builder so inspections and stages can be monitored with ease.  The booking process and electronic support all contribute to easy access to information when required.  CBI Services also offers same day volume rates when attending unit development sites.

SWIMMING POOLS AND SPA'S

Regulations around swimming pools and spa's have become more rigorous in recent years and CBI Services regularly inspect pools under construction.  CBI can also make an assessment or undertake an inspection of your swimming pool or spa area to ensure compliance with Permit conditions and the Australian Standards AS1926.1.
